We had an after hours 5 year old birthday party on the weekend. It was great. Staff were very attentive, food came out on time and hot, and they decorated a party table for us. The price is good to hire the entire centre. The kids had so much fun running around. Highly recommend.
We had an after-hours birthday party, and it was fantastic! All the kids who attended had an amazing time. The new owners, Simran and the staff, were outstanding. We were especially surprised and delighted by the beautiful decorations they set up for my daughter’s party without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful touch! The pricing was fair too, which made the experience even better. I strongly recommend this place for birthday parties and kids function.
Average but won’t be back. I don’t think I’ve ever been to an indoor playground so dirty. We were the first ones there for the day so it had definitely not been cleaned in what seems like atleast a week. The area for the small kids was grubby, the floors looked dirty, the small carpeted area in there hadn’t been vacuumed, the disabled toilet needs a deep clean, as does the change table in there. The bouncy castle walls were like black. Do better. This is someone children come to play and they deserve at the very least for it to be clean.
Service was terrible. Food took nearly an hour and they forgot one, had to go ask and they said we don’t have that today you can have something else?? Forgot the water with kids meal, they took so long to serve you I didn’t bother about getting the water. Car or climbing wall didn’t run at all 16/1/25. No balls in ball pits or anywhere if there was they were completely wrecked. The cat came out once but didn’t look too enthusiastic about being there. I went 6 months ago and it was great. Totally disappointed
I celebrated my daughter's birthday in this beautiful place. The service was excellent. The kids had a lot of fun
