I’ve been a few times now and I’ve found it’s much better than Crocs playcentre. I found Lollipop’s has a little bit of everything for all ages. Maybe less for older children but it’s still super fun for all. Better priced in every aspect than Crocs.nThey have a motorised car ride playing the wiggles song which my kids love. I would definitely recommend coming here
The equipment definitely needs a good clean. It feels icky to touch and in the ball area there's a bunch of broken balls, popped balloons, and a pile of socks in the tipping bucket.nFood was expensive. A kids meal was tiny and $10.95, and the cocktail franks were all shrivelled.nAside from that, my son had fun on the equipment which is the main thing. I just made sure to clean his hands good and proper.
We attended the lilo and stitch disco on the 26th of September. We pre booked as it was essential, tickets were $18 this included a kids meal so the venue knew ahead of time the amount of meals needed.nWe arrived at the event at 5.40pm. It started at 5.30. The DJ was still setting up, I believe she Started around 5.50.nThe had run out of the neck flowers, even though they knew the amount of kids attending. It was beyond capacity, you couldnt move. I lined up for 20min to give them the kids meal coupon. When doing this I placed an order for 2 drinks and a bowl of wedges. They said $59, I'm lucky i didn't just tap as they had attempted to charge me for the kids meals again. That took 15mins to sort out. We had to pull a table out from the party room as there wasn't any tables or chairs left. There were announcements stating food would take some time but no actual time frame was given. We waited until just after 7 to recieve the kids food. The event finished at 7.30. During this time lilo and stitch had come out to say hello. I lined up in the unorganised line so the kids could quickly eat before it finished., One of the workers was standing there trying to yell over everyone so nothing was organised properly why she didnt use the microphone? The kids were told to be respectful with their questions? And told to wait and they were allowed to walk up high five stitch have a photo then leave. I knew it would be busy, but I believe this center over sold tickets with money in mind instead of safety. The poor stress the owner put on all these young kids to control a crowd easily of 150+ was horribel.nwe left at 7.20pm to avoid traffic. When leaving they had lilo and stitch basic balloons which you needed to pay for $2.50. Also were given a bag with a notepad and a brochure. every bag was different some had lollies others didn't. I don't usually be a Karen this much but this was the most unorganised over packed child every I've attended it was dangerous. I attended another lollipops playland disco in the past and it was well organised at capacity, water fruit and glow sticks were supplied. This was in Cranbourne, which I will definitely attend again.nI hope for the next event they have peoples safety at mind, Their workers best interests in mind, Not just to sell as many tickets as possible to make as much money as possible.
Great new play centre. Cheaper than crocs and is still very clean. Staff are friendly and polite. My 5 yrs old had a great time. Toddlers area looks pretty good too. And that yellow car is awesome. It goes up and down and spins around!! Definitely you have to check it out!
