A bit run down but a good smallnPlace for kids and reasonable prices. Tables took a while to be clean. Only one ride but not any line.
Absolutely filthy!! Tables left uncleared for a full 2 hours! Food took 50 mins to come out but at least it was hot! Laughable size though. Play equipment covered in dirt and dust, food and lollies in the play area that had been there a VERY long time. Totally uninterested staff who clearly did not want to be there and were totally unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs!
We spend 2 fun hours here with our granddaughters today at a birthday party. They had a great time and so did we. The food was well done and the young man who looked after our party was awesome. Thanks Matthew. Both girls wanted to have a go on the climbing wall and Matilda made it a safe exciting experience for them. I was not surprised they were brother and sister because the both enjoyed doing their job well We will be back and hopefully we will be seeing Matthew and Matilda again. Ps I love that car I wanted to jump in too
2 star due to the poor Customer service. Waited half hour for a coffee that was Luke warm. Apart from that the place is ok. Pricing is reasonable for what you get. Only improvement I'd ask is the customer service. Other than that. It is a decent place for kids etc.
2 stars because my kids did have a good time but should only be 1 because from an adults perspective it was terrible. Completely different to our experience in Jan 2024 which was good. Today we got there on opening and the place was filthy, sticky floors, food under the table and the play area was messy and clearly not cleaned or tidied from the day before. One of the first people to order a coffee at 10am and it took 30 min I went up and asked, the girl quickly said they have like 20 coffees but making it now.. still another 10 mins before I got a scolding hot coffee. My friend was overcharged with her coffee order and they refunded with cash? At least 6 staff on maybe a manager and not one cleaning or looking like they cared or were helping get the cafe sorted. I had to ask for the car at 11:30 finally before we go as my kid was excited since she got there. It used to run every hour or more. Very dangerous ripped wall on the jumping castle slide they’ve tried to fix with cable ties, and clear mould inside the baby water slide that wasn’t turned on. Won’t be back for some time.
