I normally love a great Brumby's sausage roll, snacks and drinks. I'm not sure where this franchisee got her cooking skills. I took the complaint up with management and boy oh boy was she an outright challenge. Product was partly frozen. Marlene told us she don't make them, if I want to, take my complaint to RFG who make them, explained other stores cook them well, from Wantirna to Lynbrook, she told me to shop there instead. Certainly rude as. She owns another Pakenham store. How do they let these people run food businesses.
