Jump Crazy is a Huge indoor playground for adults and kids with entertainment and enjoyment in mind. We specialise in Parties , School Programs, Youth groups, Sporting groups, Fundraising groups, Workplace team bonding.
We run Professional accredited trampoline coaching lessons, Jumpfit fitness classes.
We have Dodgeball, Basketball, Long Gymnastics tramps into soft foam pits,The largest free jump area ever made, Volleyball, 5 Olympic Pro tramps & a Junior Pro tramp, 7 walking walls upto 12 feet high, A under 5 area, A toddler area, And a Giant inflatable slide.
We have an elevator for mums with prams to easily get to our 45 meter long elevated Mezzanine level that looks over the entire Jump Deck while Enjoying a Barista made coffee & some great food from our fully catered Cafe'.

It is our mission to inspire a “video game/TV” generation that family, friends, and fitness are fun. Jump Crazy will provide the best programs, staff, and creativity to fully exceed the expectations of our guests. Dedicated to kids and the community, Jump Crazy will strive to support and sponsor community events, as well as host them whenever possible. Our hope is that through the use of our facility, peoples enjoyment and appreciation for adventure, fitness, and life will enhance/fulfilled; not only for the kids, but to bring out the kid again in the adults.

I bought a large group of around 14 adults and 10 children about a month ago and ordered a couple hours of jump time and catering. The staff were absolutely BEYOND amazing during the time I was there, supplying us with a party room due to the large number of people we had with us, assisting us with a birthday cake and allowing us to make last minute changes. To top it all off, the owner, who's name eludes me, was even so kind as to offer two family passes to the Royal Melbourne Show to a the birthday child that we had with us! The kids had a blast, probably not as much as the adults did, though!

I'm no that's one to write a review but this time I had too. 

I went there on Saturday for a birthday party. Was told to go upstairs by the lady at the desk as that's where the parties were held. Got given a band and some socks and then walked my 5 year old daughter down stairs to the jumping area. Within 20 minutes my daughter has fractured her collarbone. You could see it was bent and there was something obviously wrong with it. The 2 young girls that were helping were amazing. So nice and doing everything they could to distract my daughter from the pain. That was when the manager came... he was rude and completely unsympathetic to a 5 year old hysterical from the pain she was in. He did not try to help at all, in any way and basically pointed us in the direction of the doctor and then walked off. 

I then too my daughter straight to the hospital as she didn't want anyone to touch her at all and knew they would give her something for the pain and figure what exactly was wrong quicker. 

I called Jump about half an hour ago and spoke to this absolute pig again and asked for the insurance details but he refused to give them too me and then proceeded to tell me that I signed a waiver when I walked in, which I did not, he repeated the same spiel a couple of times and then told me that when I put the band on her wrist that was the waiver?? He then kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to anything I said and then hung up on me. 

The only recommendation I would give is to stay far far away from this place. I am only giving 1 star for the young girls that were helping my daughter. 

How this place is still open with management like that surprises me. I will 100% be taking this further to lawyers and be dealing with it appropriately because they clearly know nothing about duty of care.

Don't waste your money. PRICK of a manager and the staff really are to young to look after kids. You will be disappointed in every way. I will be writing a letter to the council with my concerns...,

Told to leave the floor as not permitted to supervise my own 2 yr old (who I paid $16 for!), that I had to stay on the top floor while he played. Was Supervised by very friendly staff member but I would rather have stayed to watch my son myself.  Wasn't going to spend another $16 for the privilege of standing on deck to supervise my own 2 yr old.

Terrible.

I was reluctant to go there after they fired my cousin because he had turned 18 and didn't want to increase his wage.

However, my stepdaughter had been invited to a party so I bit the bullet. We brought out 2 year old stepson too who we had to pay the same rate as an adult to later find that we couldn't go in and supervise him... We had to leave him in the hands of the staff that are under 18 and looking after 20+ kids at a time. I am sure they do a wonderful job but can not adequately look after that many kids.

I would recommend looking at an alternative for a party or a play date.
