First time at this centre today and I have to say I am very impressed! Staff were very friendly and helpful, coffee was great and food was surprisingly tasty! The centre didn't seem too busy but the staff ran the pirate ship regularly - which impressed me as another centre I have been to hardly run their ride!! The kids and I look forward to our next visit!

The grandkids spent more time sitting at the table waiting for food than playing. Last day of school holidays, raining outside, and this place was heaving with kids and adults, but severely under-staffed. Ordered some chips and wedges and watched everyone's order come out except ours. The kids came from playing and wanted some food. After 45 minutes I fought my way back to the counter and asked about my order. It had been lost - they will make it now. 15 minutes later I went back and asked again and got the same answer. I told them I was not happy. After the kids got some food in them they went back and played, but only for a short period because it was time to go.

HUGE venue. Good service, but a little chaotic when busy. Play space is so big, its impossible to see your kids from seated areas (need to go in with them). Security labels are issued between parent/ carer and child but not checked on the way out.

Went to Lollipops Bundoora over the weekend. Was very impressed. Great coffee, good food (I had the falafel wrap and it was delicious)! Kids loved the pirate ship and rock climbing, they didn’t want to leave!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Marina who helped me with questions regarding booking my kids party! Very helpful. Looking forward to my next visit.
