Since the change of ownership the quality of food has plunged.    The Chicken in the Chicken Focacia I had was so hard it was impossible to chew through.   It was the worst prepared foccacia I have ever had, short of the previous one i had at this shop 2 months ago.  Had to give them a second chance to see if they improved with more experience.   They Had not.    I will never be going back.

Not quite the killer I was hoping for ..... first it was too hot/over steamed milk to go with the latte, then no significant character from its beans. 

Worst, the Barista spilled another customer order, instead of making another one, he just simply gave another take away cup .... apologise and make another one would be a much better gesture.

The wait can be a little long, not because of too many patrons.
