So, i ordered a coffee and cake and asked them to bring it to one of the lounge couches on the far side as it is a free seating area. The lady at the counter tells me it's best if I sit close by for her to bring what I ordered. So I ask "Dnt you have a table seating system" so she looks at me and says." This isn't McDonald's". Wow, thank you for such an amazing curt reply.. Despite my complaint on how I was treated I got no apology. Really expected better.

Visisted here this afternoon to be welcomed with Excellent service, drinks are reasonably priced. Great little starter bar or to wrap up the day. Comfortable seating and considering this is a lobby bar ambience is not too bad.

Considering everyone goes to the atrium this one is excellent for breakfast No queues No free for all breakfast plate bumping Coffee is excellent. Much better than Sprolo Staff courteous, friendly and efficient. Breakfast we had Eggs Benedict - wife describes as tasty Bircher Muesli - large portion. Not too sweet either Good place for breakfast

Had multiple business meetings here, beautiful lobby and great tapas for the whole team! If your luck they might have a live performance on.

Great coffee in an amazing relaxed setting of the Crown Perth Metropol hotel lobby lounge. Service with a smile is always a big plus.
