Highly recommend staying here at Hadley's. Perfect central position within easy walking distance of many sites. Beautifully furnished rooms with very comfy bed, compliments of the feather mattress topper. Continental breakfast provided a good variety of choices to suit everyone. I and my wife decided to stay in a suite room of this hotel for our honeymoon. This hotel is so antique and beautiful. I have read some reviews about the step noises but the suite room locates in the level 4 the top level so during my stay, there was so such thing. Room was extra large, so antique, comfortable, and clean. You need to pay $15 per day if you want to use parking space that this hotel provides. Staffs are very kind. The breakfast was neat but not too much options. I highly recommend to have a dinner in this hotel if you decided to stay here. The food was extremely delicious. It was truly nice and lovely experience staying this lovely hotel! Rooms: Very antique, nice, quiet, and comfortable. Food & drinks: The dinner in this hotel was something else!! Was really really great!!
The room was spacious, well lightened, air conditioned, carpets, Chesterfield sofa, fridge and TV. Room service was good, the ambiance was very awesome. The menu and bar was attached to the hotel. Continental complimentary breakfast was healthy, tasty and with many options. Will definitely visit again.Rooms: 5/5
We highly recommend this hotel! Stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great - exceptionally lovely and attentive staff, fantastic continental breakky included and hot options only an additional $12.50 and great location in the heart of Hobart. Also appreciated the classical jazz music - it added a great vibe.
Stunning place to stay! My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, it was a perfect base to explore Hobart. The room was immaculately clean and well provisioned. The furniture was stunning, with the leather Chesterfield a highlight of comfort and style. Bed was warm and cosy, and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was delightful, a great range of toasts and spreads, fruits, yoghurts, pastries and cereals. We are heartily every morning and we're always satisfied until the afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and we loved sitting to have a quiet drink in the gorgeous bar attached. The old school vibe was such a delightful change from all the cookie-cutter modern hotels I've been to! I cannot recommend highly enough!
Absolutely stunning accommodation, service and location. Stayed at Hadley's for 6 nights. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff, superb food, lovely breakfast included every morning, and the location was perfect for exploring everything Hobart has to offer. Close to Salamanca, Battery Point and the waterfront.I will be back!
Stayed here over NY. Fantastic service, best continental Brekky, gorgeous bar - would be great if they were open just a little bit earlier. The rooms were well kept and comfy beds. Ideal location, can walk to most places. Reception staff were always helpful and friendly.Rooms: 4/5
We went for a dinner at the restaurant and it was lovely. The menu was suitable, although nothing earth shattering, but it was the service that really stood out, it was great. The bar area is bustling and has a happy vibe, which is nice.Service: 5/5
Stayed here 5 nights. Central location. Beautiful historic hotel with comfy beds and clean rooms. Very amazing breakfast spread and was well fed. No ghosts but surely with the history there may be one soul walking the beautiful historic hallsRooms: 5/5
The particular room we booked was pokey but the bed was very comfortable. The 'afternoon tea' was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. Chelsea was a gem and barman Ryan a legend!Rooms: 4/5
