Absolutely fantastic service and food.  We walked out of occidental because of awful service and I'm glad we did.
Our server "Mocha" was helpful. .polite..and funny. 
The food was amazing.  Would highly recommend the garlic prawns and crispy chicken... Salad was fresh and tasty.
We came back for more the following night. And it was faultless agsin.

Mistakes in life happen,  how an establish handles it's mistakes separates the wheat from the chaff.  
The Manager on duty tonight was,  to say the least,  completely ignorant of concern for his clients,  instead, was only concerned of the cash in his till.
We were a table of 9 people out for a drink and snacks over good conversation. Everyone got their drinks and food, except for one person's food order.  After everyone was finished drinks and their food we advised staff that one order had not come.
I expected the establishment to bring my wife,  not only her food but also a complimentary glass of wine to drink with her meal. When I approached the on-duty Manager he advised me that the owner would not allow him to provide his clients with any complimentary drink,  even though he was fully aware that the establishment had made a mistake. 
Classy customer-oriented care?  NOT.
Due to their disrespect of their clients,  who had done nothing wrong,  and the establishments lack of concern,  I would strongly advise avoiding this establishment,  especially in view of the many terrific establishments nearby.

Good beer, good bar food for ok prices. Loved the devils eggs. One of the best chicken burgers we ever had. Friendly staff.
