Paid a lot of money for a new conservatory roof but we were left very disappointed with the overall experience. Things that should have been done wasn’t and we had to call them back to rectify- which we could tell they wasn’t very happy about! Really they should have paid more attention to the finishing of the job which let them down. Other companies out there offering similar work - we suggest you use someone else !!!
Mark and Neil just fitted roofs on our conservatory’s. very professional good workmanship. They worked hard even in the dreadful rain. Can’t thank them enough a credit to the company.
The company made a good job of convertion of my conservatory roof , but their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired, still waiting since March for remedial work to be put right after many promises.
Excellent job made. We are very pleased. Makes our useless conservatory a room we can use. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. No issues with the entire process. Very recommended.
Unfortunately we would have to agree with Mr bassinder good job marred by poor finish in places, that when we pointed them out were told we have to address and put right ourselves at our own cost and time, additional to this they attempted to charge for a down pipe which was not stated as extra when discussing the final colour finishes.
