Still waiting for them to make contact Been waiting since Aug last year
Since April last year I have called at least 6 times for a qoute and have still not have one. Each time I call, I get told that a certain gentlemen will call me back and he never does. I like to support local, but it is hard when customer service is no existent beyond the receptionist who answers the phone.
I waited a while for my flashing, when I got it, every piece was buckled, not happy at all. To be fair to SERS, it was probably the carrier DeBruyens, That caused the damage. That said I didn't receive an invoice of any kind from SERS, so I don't know how much the freight was, but I paid for it. SERS should ask for the freight charge back, AND THEN REPAY IT BACK TO ME. I paid over $500 for inferior product.
