Disappointing. Although we are happy with the final result it was a long time to get there. A terrace roof took six months to complete due to ongoing cancellation with to fitters not being available albeit some cancellations were due to weather. The roof product laid did not reflect the products selected on the quote and had it not have been noticed we would have been paying a significant price for something not installed. There was poor logistical expertise in assisting us to plan the design and skylight placement, for example, I feel a fitter should attend at the beginning of the project to inform you rather than an administrative officer putting the quote together who has not viewed the house. There is seemingly a lack of communication between all levels of the organisation - employees and fitters coming to the house are professional and kind but don't appear to have enough support. We put our concerns in writing to the business but did not receive an official response.

I have used this Company several times with my new builds and found them very reliable and efficient. They have great product knowledge and are very helpful.  Their fitters are also great and know what they're doing.  Having jobs quoted off the plans makes it easy with no nasty surprises on completion.  Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed, Had them out to do a measure and quote. They said will get back to me the following week, they didn't had to chase them. They did not respond to calls or texts after waiting a month I finally gave up. would not recommend wasting anytime with this company.

Gave inter roof the job $65 k finally came out 3 weeks after the job date .Then they came and measured said they would get back shortly. I sent 2 msg and called the office and then never heard from them again .Wouldn't get them to build a chook shed. Extremely unprofessional.
