When you buy a $20k shed kit and it’s delivered missing sheets for an entire wall and wrong brackets and you have to pay for the sheets because it’s “not our problem”. And then they send the wrong sheets and it’s “COVID’” problems. That being said was 2 weeks ago not 2 years. According to Metroll Launceston. Would NOT buy from them again or recommend and the service team attitude was deplorable!

I’m pleased with the quality of my shed, but totally disgusted with their service. Left clear roof panels off order and said nothing. Sent panels almost three weeks after initial order arrived. One was damaged and nothing said. Very disappointed with their poor sales behaviour!

Good quality colorbond products .service was a little slow though. But very helpful

Always supply my flashing needs for building, dirty minded people. At a reasonable price and in a timely manner.

Started work here today so far so good
