That's sad when the workers do reviews just to get a good rating on here😕 They are well known to screw over tennants when they leave, so make sure you go over the house with a fine tooth comb and write down absolutely everything, no matter how small it is and take your own photos and don't trust them when they say, the house is in perfect condition so you won't need to write anything down on the entry report, then find out once moved in, the place is filthy and lots of defects in the house, then blame you for all of them and charge you to fix all of them, then you know someone who moved in next, and none of the repairs were done, so they charge you and just take the money. I would recommend they do the final walk-through with the tennant present, so issues could be sorted right then and there and it would be a better experience for everyone involved

DONT RENT/BUY WITH THIS REAL ESTATE I do not know where to even begin this real estate agency if this is what you can call them is an absolute joke! We moved in on march 28th we didn't even last in this property six months. The issues were so bad we broke our lease. First issue was when we moved in. The dishwasher leaked and did not work properly we told them and nothing was done! Eventually it was so bad that we ended up with a dishwasher that started to spark and become a fire hazard. It was 6 months (the whole length of our lease) that the dishwasher was broken and NEVER fixed. It turned everything inside it orange including all its elements. Despite countless messages to the real estate nothing happened. The second issue was our garage door. It didnt work. Every time we used it it would pop back up leaving our whole home open to the streets. At the time in our area a lot of theft was happening but needless the say it took the real estate 4 months to even address this issue. Meaning we would often come home to an open garage when we had left was closed wondering if our contents inside our house were still going to be there. Apparently a garage door being broken does not constitute an emergency. The third issue was our screen door. This was broken. so now not only was our garage door at the front of our house broken our front door was as well. So basically our house would be the easiest house to break into. Again this was not classified as an emergency.....3 months it took until the door was fixed and it was me that fixed it. I luckily found a builder who fixed it for me.The fourth issue was the smells from our en-suite drainage. It was so bad we would often have to sleep in the other room. We requested a plumber or someone to have a look at it. Within a week they sent someone. At this stage we were sleeping in the spare room at the back of the house. to add fuel to the fire they then sent us a bill! they didn't even know what was wrong! we broke our lease and when we left the smell was STILL there. After we left they tried everything to screw money out of us. Including general wear and tear. We paid everything in full and never was behind in any bills or rent. We eventually had to get a paralegal involved and we won! THANKFULLY left our lease NEVER EVER RENT/BUY or quite frankly DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS REAL ESTATE
