Today i contacted LJH Wonthaggi to inquire about short teram rent/accommodation for my daughter who is planning to be there few months down the line, my inquire was handle by one of their staff members by the name of Fiona. I must say her knowledge of the area and willing to help me was exceptional, and that is what i call true professionalism and great customer service. Fiona never left any of my questions un-answered. Thank you Fiona and LJH for your commitment for customer service.

Absolutely the worst agent in Wonthaggi had a rental property in Dunn street with them  and it was left vacant for a month before they let me know that the tenant hat left, the damage to the property was over $9500  and 6 weeks of work to restore the property to its previous condition they said they were doing checks on the property and everything was OK.they took the problem to VCAT and Ashleigh the rental manager seemed to go in to bat for the tenant as most of the bond was returned when confronted with the problem the staff blamed each other no responsibility was admitted  by anyone the real estate manager Scott ducks and weaves like a bad boxer and wont return any of my calls piss weak . So if your looking for an to take your money and give nothing in return they are the best . PS Scott I am still waiting for your call

I've been investing in property for about 18 years. I can say with confidence the property management team @ Wonthaggi are the best I've come across. Shai particularly has shown an increasingly patient attitude due to our busy schedule and continues to communicate and provide information needed mostly at a moments notice. As we live interstate investment opportunities can be missed. Ryan has paid close attention to our constant interest and consistently helps us navigate the market. Buying and selling - tenants and landlords often at times have red tape to over come, I'm very confident I'm in good hands... Thanks guys

Worst realestate ever, there tenants are drug dealers an treat the houses like half way houses, put complaints in an nothing gets done, call the local police an they say get in contact with there realestate an still nothing gets done, if your a home owner an wanting to lease your property out dont go thru this estate if you want your property looked after.

I bought a house from LJHooker in 2014.  Their agent, Victoria was very professional.  I would go there again if and when I needed real estate services.
