Visited the ANZ branch in Wonthaggi today. I was so touched by the kindness and willingness of the lady at the counter that went out of her way to help me and resolve my identification details. The pleasant attitude of not only the lady who assisted me but the willingness of the others that walked out instantly to help others that had walked into the bank. I commend their excellent customer service.
Worse customer service. Manager has no idea. Asked for new cards as they were expiring when away and was told I couldn’t get new ones! Contacted customer service online and within few days, had new cards in the mail. On another occasion, needed teller service and was told to come back in an hour as she had to go to lunch, as there were only two of them in the branch.
Terrible customer service here in wonthaggi from a blond Lady. I am going to and recommend others to Find another bank!
Friendly staff. Great service from Rhiannon.
