Working with Ray White Wonthaggi and with Stacey Homicki was a great experience. It's one thing to sell in a booming market, it's another to Sell in a quiet market. Stacey is honest, has the right temperament, hard working, professional, takes extra care. She treats it as if she is selling her own home and that is what a vendor needs. She has REAL negotiation skills which is becoming increasingly rear these days. I can't recommend her more highly. We set a record for the street and the estate. Recently purchased a new home with the help of Chris Wood , excellent service nothing was too much trouble highly recommended his service.

I got four quotes and PBE was the lowest, so naturally I didn't choose them. I think they are about quantity rather than quality sales.  PBE Wonthaggi put off potential buyers that had an interest in my property. Whether or not it was because I didn't choose them I couldn't say, but they certainly can't resist gossiping at other peoples' expense.  I was quite disgusted with their  behavior, so I would NOT recommend PBE Wonthaggi as they have proved themselves to be unprofessional bogans.

Warning to vendors- this company won’t look after your interests. Really unimpressed with this company. Have been looking at properties remotely for 6 months and promises to keep me informed and in the loop are never delivered on. IF I get call backs it’s usually to tell me a the property I’m interested in has been sold. These people don’t work for vendors, they take the first acceptable offer, even though there are competitive buyers on their books, they don’t bother to contact them. If I was selling a local property I wouldn’t list with PBE, they are lazy, not interested in working for that extra $10k another buyer might offer if given the chance. I could have bid  for 3-4 properties in the past 6 months, but even though I was ‘on the books, i will call you’ I have never been contacted. Weird given I have cash to spend. In fact I have had the same experience with all the estate agents in Wonthaggi. I feel sorry for residents to have such a lazy disinterested unprofessional bunch of people to choose from. Gap in the market for an ethical decent provider here- just sayin.

After having a not so good experience I have now had several dealings with PBE where the service and communication have been excellent. To their credit they responded to my concerns on a previous review and have shown this was a slight hiccup and have been nothing but professional with all of my current dealings. I would recommend PBE  especially Angela. Dee Baker
