Had breakfast for three. Service at the counter was a bit unpleasant and cold which was a shame. The table service was pretty standard, neither bad or great. The BLT was tasty; portion was a little smaller than expected given the price, but still ok. Juice was great, coffees unfortunately were pretty terrible. Location is good, plenty of newspapers and good seating layout.

The service we received was perfect; friendly, happy and polite. The main meals were so fresh and absolutely delicious, and the juices were fresh and tasty too.

Smoothies are yummy however its abit pricey for what you get. ordered a buddah bowl - not that great at all.

Great spot next to the Esplanade on Shield St. Had eggs benedict with smoked salmon and it was delicious. The pancake for my son was fluffy and delicious however it wasn't very cooked in the middle. The lady with long curly hair was super nice and helpful great service from her. Coffee was however a bit exy for a small cup.

I've had acai bowls from all around the way and hands down these guys made the best I've ever had. Full of fruit and flavour amazing and what ever granola they use I would happily buy by the container. Well done guys and the coffee was outstanding according to the rest of the group
