I love this place! I went once and fell in love with the smoked salmon and sour dough toast. The portion is just right such that it doesn’t get too tiring. The hollandaise sauce is not too sour and quite appetizing. The toast is crispy and at the right thickness. Before I left Cairns, I ate my last breakfast here again. This time, I added mushroom. So huge and so juicy. It is just a short walking distance from our accomodation at Park Regis City Quays.

The food and coffee are great. I went in expecting a few pastries, but there menu has got some great fresh food and generous portions.

Great little coffee shop where they take pride in offering quality food and service. BEST HOT CHOCOLATES EVER and all round amazing food.

Brilliant Breakfast, awesome coffee, fast and friendly service. When working it would be easy to have a generic motel breakfast... DON'T DO IT.. Bang And Grind breakfast and coffee is the BEST way to start the day.
