Very rude owner. It was pouring cats and dogs and we weren't allowed to wait even few minutes until the rain stops and had to go on on our motorbikes.

I had exactly he same experiece as Inks Direct ... see her review. I can't understand why the owner is so rude and unfriendly.

Very clean, somewhat basic accommodations. There's a kitchen area where you can make your own meals + store food if you're there for longer. They offer free-range eggs by donation which were delicious! Conveniently close to the Abbey Caves, and they offer gear rental (helmet, headlamps, watershoes, map) for $7 each. We thought this was quite worthwhile as we weren't otherwise prepared! Recommend doing the caves while still checked in if possible - checkout is at 10am and you can't go back in when you come back from the caves and would really love a shower.

After a pre booked room was cancelled on myself and my partner we decided to ring to see if there was anything available  (1am), when the lady answered and said hi. I apologised for it being late and started to explain our situation.  Not even half way through my first sentence she rudely interrupted with "it's the middle of the night." I stopped gobsmacked that she said it. She then repeated herself in a more angered tone so I hung up. Honestly she was a cow. That was so rude If you didn't want to talk to anyone or organise a client to come into your business then don't pick up the phone. I only called once, I apologised and I was explaining why I had to call so late and she goes and pulls that. How rude and unprofessional. Never ever going to even bother calling there again let alone stay there.  I highly recommend no one else does either specially with some of the previous reviews I read.
