Dr Little helped me understand my allergies and intolerances. I’d been in hospital a few times before I saw him very sick and haven’t been back to hospital since. I’m very grateful for the multiple tests and the exclusion diet. Made changes and much healthier now. He answered all my questions so well. His practice is busy because there aren’t enough allergists. Definitely recommend!
At no fault of their own, their phone system was down for many months. I personally really like this doctor and the reception staff - they're super efficient which is the main thing. No mucking around, and I don't need niceties or customer service - I just need to be in and out as quickly as possible with my diagnosis and meds ... I found the Doc is very experienced, explains how things work really well, highly recommended from my several visits.
Receptionist either has a massive chip on her shoulder, a severe personality disorder, or genuinely has pure contempt for anyone who has the audacity to call her. Wait list is long, but you can go on a cancellation list if you're brave. Lynn the receptionist will call you with a time if there's a cancellation. But beware, if you can't come on short notice, she will butcher you, maybe threaten to remove you from the waitlist entirely. If you hate just having appointments handed to you, and would prefer to work for your appointments, give this place a call.
Dr Little and the entire staff have been incredibly supportive and helpful in finding a solution for my allergies. Dr Little is an expert in his field and will do all he can to assist you and alleviate your discomfort. I don’t know what I would have done without his help.
I feel bad leaving this as I havnt actually seen Dr Little, and I've heard he's a great doctor. However, the horrific manner in which Lynne, his receptionist, speaks to potential clients is despicable. I've seen from reviews and heard from others this is a common occurrence. I simply couldn't make a last minute cancellation she offered, then I got told "I clearly couldn't be that I'll and would have to wait till June next year then" I said ok that's fine, please continue to call me with cancellations incase I can make them, she butted in did not let me finish the sentence telling me no she has 100 others on the list. Then hung up on me. I phoned her back where she was equally as repulsive. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. And Dr Little, I strongly suggest hiring someone with an iota of decency.
Dr Little was the first specialist in Melbourne to accurately diagnose my Sensitivities. If you have allergies, Sensitivities or conditions similar to these I highly recommend him. He is always thorough, professional and empathetic.
Absolutely fantastic doctor. Helped me with problems I had spent 10 years seeing other gps and specialistist with no help or explanation as to why I was feeling how I was. Since seeing Dr Little my life has improved dramatically. I could be more greatful to him and my gp that reffered me.
I was visiting another immunologist for few years, but he was not very helpful and was not confident with recommendations. Dr Little was very professional, I was surprised at my initial consultation, he did a through physical examination , which even a GP wouldn't do. Also he wanted to find answers for my chronic hay fever. Generally you have to wait few months to get an appointment with an immunologist. It is true with most of specialist waiting time is long, but it could be some patients needs more time than others. Overall I am happy with his treatment. With my previous immunologist he works only with a receptionist , no other supporting staff. But in Dr Little's practice there are number of supporting staff and a nurse, which obviously cost him a lot, so I think we receive a good service for what we spend. I don't have any hesitation recommending him as a good doctor!

A very good Allergy doctor with many years experience and you can confidently ask him questions and get detailed answers. I am getting positive results after 8 months of treatment for dust. It can take a very long time to develop a resistance with medication. Dr Little was very thorough with his questioning and tests. I recommend him but you will need to get your GP to write a referral. He is busy and other people have various allergies so you do have to be patient on his premises, and not wear aftershave / perfume when visiting etc... or you could trigger other peoples allergies, that was an eye opener for me.
