One of the worst that I have ever seen. It has been like this for years and they can't blame the recent floods.

Council should pull down this building. Full of deadbeats, ice addicts and homeless. Stench of piss is indescribable, but that's how these sort of people like it. What do Lismore police do, to move the human garbage along. Lismore is a haven for these people. They are evrywhere.

Is this a transit center or a residents for the homeless. Look and you will find empty syringe's and alcohol bottles. Thanks.
