Great welcoming staff there at present otherwise it is what it is. Would normally get an average of three but the greeting and help from the two guys there was superb January - February 2022
The customer service rep was nice and answered my question with a smile. I came hr looking for a certain drink for a friends birthday and was pleasantly surprised to see they had Gold-Spiced Rum here. Im happy to give it 4 out of 5 because i id feel the store needs to be bigger, that said its technically not a negative either.
The staff here are very rude, Especially the girl with the short hair. They always ask to see my ID even though they have served me many times, no real issue about being asked to see ID but the staff here are rude and quite sarcastic when they ask. The other day I was asked for my ID, gave it to her and she had the audacity to tell me to take my sunglasses off!! I have NEVER been told to take off my sunglasses by any staff that serves alcohol/cigarettes. I recommend not going here unless it’s convenient for you or a last option. I’m almost 24 years old and it was completely rude and unnecessary to tell me to take my sunglasses off. She didn’t even “ask” me, she told me to.
Ok, listen up all, it's Dezi George. Had the pleasure of receiving 5 star quality service here today. The store is spotless, the staff ate extremely friendly, knowledgeable and just so professional. I give Liquorland 10/10 for service. Thank you to the guys who served me today.
Incredibly nasty staff x2 had a go at a parent, totally belittled her, as her child was turning 18 in 11 hours and I guess they wanted to celebrate with a drink, and from what I saw was not even a heavy liquor drink but like a sparkling, felt so bad for her, plus the 2nd staff member wasn't even clocked on to work, both staff loudly talking at once at her, must have felt overwhelming. Me and my mates had a quick chat and decided to pay a bit more and buy from the bollte-o around the corner. Cant' stand to see people on power trips hurting kind folk.
Very rude staff, need to be trained in customer service, never smile or ask how are you, just rude. Behave like they're all having a bad day, every time I've gone in.
