Laura at Link property has been absolutely fantastic helping us from first viewing the property we were interested in renting through to us moving in. She is always at the end of the phone or an email if we need to ask questions or needed help with anything. It has been such a quick and straight forward process and being able to sign paperwork electronically was so much easier than having to keep going into the office. I can’t recommend Link Property enough - Ross and his team came to the rescue of my sister and I when our mum died suddenly and unexpectedly leaving her large property portfolio for us to deal with. We had no experience at all with this and we were completely overwhelmed. Ross and his team stepped in and just took care of EVERYTHING. Notifying the tenants and organising everything needed from maintenance to rent collection. Communication was always excellent and we were always kept informed of everything. Ross even recommended an estate agent for us as our goal was to sell the properties even though it conflicted with interests - it was always about more than the money - Ross and his team really cared and invested in us from day one. We will miss them and will always be grateful for everything.
