Our office held our 3rd annual Covid relief getaway at Ocean Dream. It was the absolute perfect place for our group. So much space, 2 master suites, game room etc. The house is on the ocean and had a very inviting salt water pool. Pool deck was spacious and had plenty of chairs. Plenty of beach chairs and toys for all. Wouldn’t change a thing about this place. I believe we have found our annual getaway place, looking forward to booking again. I have rented many times with Great Ocean Condos and have nothing but good things to say about their service. They are always responsive. We had one issue at this house and maintenance was sent right over. Looking forward to coming back next year.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The view of the ocean can’t be beat. The location was great with so many awesome restaurants within 5-8 min away. The resort is under construction at this time but it was only minimally disturbing. Our unit was a bit dated with older kitchen appliances but everything was working and met our needs. The best part of this location for me was the ability to bring my small dogs. Although the beach itself is not friendly. All in all, we had a very nice, relaxing, and recharging stay and will consider this location for our future travel needs.

Absolutely love this place. It made us feel like we were at home. The beach was one minute walking distance and the pool was 15 seconds walking distance. It was amazing cleanly and well equipped with everything you need for a family. The sand on the beach is like powdered sugar on your feet. The beach is not overly busy even on the weekends. The building seems to be mainly mature adults. No partying going on and no loud music going on. Peaceful, tranquil and beautiful.

When we arrived at our rented condo, it smelled and looked immaculately clean. It was even nicer than the pictures showed online. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and our condo was quiet. The view on the balcony was incredible and the hosts have comfortable seating out there. Staff were courteous and attentive as needed. We spent Spring break there and it was not overly crowded. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Location is great because it’s relatively quiet and close to area attractions. We absolutely loved our day trip to Aquatica in Orlando about an hour away. Mostly we ate in our condo, but we checked out the local Chinese restaurant. It was affordable and delicious. Great stay. Wish we could stay longer!!!

Beautiful & spacious condo with an amazing view on the Ponce inlet at new Smyrna beach. We appreciate all the beach gear stored in Inlet 903 which was very convenient. We felt very comfortable & at home at this condo. The pool was never crowded & is a salt water pool. Our kids loved it. The complex is gated & very secure. We definitely will be returning.

The best thing about Great Oceans is Heather, who is able to take care of any problems. We had a beautiful penthouse apartment with stunning views open design, with modern furniture. The kitchen is fully supplied so you could cook for your family and others.

It was a beautiful condo without a doubt.. We had a few problems.. No air conditioner that could not be fixed, all good, we were fine. The alarm woke us up at 6:30 am.. Kinda funny.. but all in all, it was a wonderful home away from home..

Great place and Great Oceans has been pretty good considering the pandemic. Unit 401. Ponce De Leon NSB. Only issue is low water flow in both bathrooms.

Location was wonderful, walking distance to Flagler Ave with several shops & restaurants. Beautiful beach & breathtaking sunsets. Well kept grounds, clean condo, game room & laundry area. Staff members are very friendly & took care of any questions or concerns we had.

Our family had a wonderful experience with booking our stay and how nice the condo was! The condo itself had lovely decor and was very clean and quiet. The area around the condo was wonderful with many outstanding restaurants! I liked the fact that this beach was not overrun with tourists. It was the best beach we have been to so far. The ocean water was clear and beautiful and, again, it was not overrun with people. Great Ocean Condos was wonderful to work with! The people that booked out stay were lovely and everything was done quickly and professionally!
