Trying to contact them by their 1300 number and also their local number and getting a message from Optus that this number is not in use.  Sent several emails to query an order that hasn't been delivered. It is now Monday and our daughters go back to school on Wednesday. Responsiveness has been terrible and there has been no effort to proactively communicate with me after placing the order. Highly recommend to buy your books from Officeworks, the customer service from this company has been pathetic.

This is one of the times when I wished that I could vote 0 stars. Over the past 3 years, I have ordered my school books here, and not one time have they arrived on time without any issues. This year, my books still haven't arrived, and the first semester is nearly over. Only order your books here if it is your very last resort.
