All staff have been absolutely Amazing, I spent the night in Hospital Emergency Dept due to severe multiple tooth pain and emailed Lifecare dental to book me in urgentl app when they re-opened the next day. I received a call very early and they booked me in for an early app and showed they cared from the set go. Dr Lucy Ge and her assistant were wonderful and explained everything well and were caring to my needs. Thank you also to the receptionist staff who were great in getting an urgent app. Great dentist thank you Team!

Follow up from dentists disgusting...called everyday for almost a week and still basically fobbed off..."we will call you tomorrow, we will speak with the dentist in an hour...we will..". When a transfer of files requested to another dentist, only half the information sent. when the new dentist called for further xrays to be sent, told they hadnt done them as they didnt have the machine. I was charged for them and when I called and asked for them to be sent on, they mysteriously found them. Mmm a lot to be said for caring for patients and customer service...never again. Definately will blacklist this one!

Very professional team at both Perth & Kingsway. Dr Alex Negoescu is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Expensive....10 minutes in the chair, no work done...over $100. Dentistry has become a license to print money
