I rang up first thing this morning, Monday, 25/ 07/2022 for an emergency extraction on a molar that had broken in two. Not expecting anything that day I was offered 10.30am. Brilliant! The receptionists are both pleasant and helpful. As my extraction wasn't straight forward because I'm immunocompromised from my MS medication, the dentist phoned to speak to my GP. 1 1/2 hours later. finally we got an answer. I would like to thank, I'm sorry I don't know their names, the fantastic dentist who I think was an Indian lady and the lady dental nurse who loves Rock 'n' Roll. for their patience and entertainment with the long unavoidable wait. Both were lovely ladies. It was quick and painless and, I for one, am a very satisfied patient. Thank you.
Cheap emergency dentistry when needing subsidised. Some dentists have woeful "bedside" manner, and quite antagonistic. But ensure you call ahead and book. Even for emergencies. They no longer accept any walk ups/ ins. Phone lines open 8.15am Mon to Fri... not a second earlier.
Had a really disappointing experience this morning. Rang up in regards to a wisdom tooth that was growing and causing pain and was offered an emergency appointment. When I finally got seen, the student who was assessing me seemed like he really had no idea what to do…I really wish he’d just called someone else in to guide him rather than standing there. Finally overheard that they don’t have an X-ray machine here and they’d write up a referral for me to get one elsewhere. I’m really confused as to why they booked me an appointment for something I’d need an X-ray for without telling me they don’t have an X-ray machine…
The receptionist is very rude, treating the patient without even a little respect. 3 years ago they took an impression for my upper denture and I was told that it would be finished in 3 to 6 months. And now it's been 3 years since then and it's still not finished. How much longer do I have to wait until I die?
Reception staff communicate in an extremely aggressive & rude way towards clients...yelling from behind the desk at clients across the waiting room...the way the receptionist Lee spoke to my 87yr old mother was absolutely appalling!! Something needs to be done about the way these receptionists speak to clients.
Placed a call regarding missing dentures for my grandad considering he lost them due to a fall The receptionist was so rude and offensive, claiming "are you sure you want to pay for this when he could be dead soon?" Absolutely appaling.
On Monday July 25/7 I had a tooth extracted by young Clive from Malaysia, I have never had such wonderful treatment at a dentist in my life, Clive and all the nurses and his supervisers were fantistic, thankyou to everyone concerned
Worst dental experience ever. DO NOT GO to this clinic. The admin staff are rude and unprofessional and the dental practitioners are incompetent.
What a shocking place. The receptionist is condescending and rude. If you have zero people skills you shouldn't be at front office. What a deplorable attitude to already struggling people. She should be fired. Receptionist on 12.05.2022. Abhorrent behaviour. Calling for a stern warning or a sacking. Life is hard but that is not an excuse to be rude and condescending toward people. Discusting!
Haven't been here for 5 years now.The staff were very busy under pressure and stressed but very helpful.Some of the dentist were very rude and rough. I did have 1 nice dentist only 1 time. Going back Monday need all my bottom teeth out and dentures I'll write another review after and let people no if the mean cruel dentist have all left. Wish me luck
