My daughter had 2 teeth removed and we were very happy with the advice and professionalism at the clinic. The aftercare and advice was also very helpful. Thank you to all the staff there.

My experience isn't a one star rating because of my health provider. My one star is because the dentist said I needed my wisdom teeth out and when I got a second opinion as I felt no pain or discomfort – it was confirmed that the dentist at this practice had no idea what they were talking about. Not only is there no decay in my wisdom teeth after all (the dentist at your practice was clearly fear mongering to upsell). But the x-ray I paid for was also apparently quite shoddy and dark. So thank goodness I've avoided two unnecessary extractions AND know not to come back to your subpar establishment. Your presumptuous comment at my one star rating to make yourself out to be not accountable for this poor result is shocking and abhorrent. It's slimy marketing tactics and makes you look very devious. In response to your actual comment; my health provider is not discriminatory. Your prices and practices have resulted in your failure to be a preferred practice is all. Maybe if you charged fairer prices and actually did your jobs adequately rather than extorting hard working people, you wouldn't get poor ratings and health insurance providers telling people not to go to you. The complete lack of regulation into dentistry in this country is outrageous and I hope you get deeply audited and the bar is raised.

A truly wonderful Dental Clinic! The dentists and all their staff are all so kind and gentle. They are also very ethical. They do not do any treatment that's unnecessary. Thank you for taking such great care with my elderly mother.

A short note to extend thanks and gratitude to Tony Strangio and his team. I presented Tony with a complex dental case involving both sets of teeth, aggravated by years of neglect. Tony was methodical in both his expertise and personal approach. I now have a perfect set of teeth and can only commend the JCD team for their professionalism and care. I might add that I am from Sydney, and had no hesitation in returning to Tony for the duration of my treatment.

Have been a client for many years now. Happy with the options offered when I need the treatment to be done. Love the fact that I can express my thoughts and not feel like I am forced into a particular treatment. Pricing is reasonable and they will try their best to match quote obtain from another practise.
