Really impressed with this pool. Dont normally travel to Palmy but be worth returning for the Lido. Heaps of family change rooms that have showers and toilets, which were clean. great size pools and different options. Would be fun in summer, lots of hydroslides. Under 4 is free aswell as adult supervising so our visit was free! Only down side was lockers were coin operation only - I never carry cash anymore and having to get $4 out is a bit of a pain, in an almost cashless society. Also would be great if the pools were a little warmer and the showers had hot water, little guy was freezing. The room wasn't as warm as it normally is, in a heated pool enviroment. Great experience,friendly staff, clean facility. definitely will go back. Not far off 5 star. Also, just out front is bike and scooter hire. Good fun!
Went on summer with the kids. Outdoor play area was great. Good grass areas. Hot chips and coffee for sale. Good showers afterwards. Pool water was warm. Indoor area had a never ending river with music playing. Saw you could have a birthday party there with a bbq. Got spas for adults. Two saunas and cold shower. Two lane pools for swimming.
A nice place to hangout with family. Cost $6 to enter for adults and $3 for kids which only gives access to the pools and spa. But besides the "pools" and spa there are few activities you and your kids can do for additional 12$/head for full day. Make sure to bring your own snacks and drinks and you can easily spend whole day there.
Always fun just wish the family pass included the slides I wouldn't mind paying a little extra
Took our toddler to a free swim session. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming facilities were accessible and well maintained. Pool was a little cooler than indicated. Family room showers have been cold for over 7 months. I note CLM have failed in their promise to the community to "repair this as soon as possible". Do better CLM.
The Lido in Palmy has always been a place parents take their kids to in the summertime. The trainers and lifeguards are always lovely and kind to talk, and will help you with anything-- but the entire facility smells of urine and the changing rooms are mossy, uncomfortable, and unsafe to drop clothing in. If they update the toilets and changing rooms and maybe added more effort into cleaning the pools then I'd consider changing my opinion.
I thoroughly enjoyed swimming for the first time in a long time and even got to have a relaxing spa . The lifesavers there are always keeping a good eye out, so if you have any problems or questions there's always someone who can help.
Pools are too cold even the toddler pool was Luke warm. Spa pool was the only warm enjoyable pool but unfortunately everyone under 16 just had to freeze. Come on Palmie turn the temperature upyoure making our kids sick.
Cost vs fun.... nothing much. They also allowed the abuse of the disability parks when we mentioned to staff there were 2 being used with no permits they did not care. Won't bother returning
Heaps to choose from here, indoor pools, outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor slides, changing rooms, showers, gym, sauna, bbq equipment and things to cater for the kids and kids at heart! Summer would be the best time here due to the massive outdoor activities.
