I had my first delivery today and really really impressed. The amount of chicken in each serving was far more than I'd thought. It was really well packaged and simple to heat up, but most importantly it was absolutely delicious. The photo is of the Piri Chicken with Thai Noodles :
I was hesitant at first to try a basically healthy meal prep version of my favourite Scandinavian meatballs but oh my were they delicious?! Yes!!! The meatballs were super succulent and meaty, and the mash was so creamy! The gravy was seasoned perfectly and the red cabbage was a lovely addition. It tasted like it’d just been cooked fresh, and it took 3 mins in the microwave! A delicious, healthy and easy lunch whilst working from home!
