Went because of good rating. It’s a hip cafe just off Glenferrie Road. Staff are friendly. Mocha was ok, slightly bitter. Menu is pretty big for a cafe. Tried their big veg breakfast and chicken burger. Was rather disappointed with big breakfast, it was bland, hardly seasoned. Portion isnt bad but just not much taste, chutney wasnt really suited to the dish. I struggled to eat it. Chicken burger was very nice, lots of sauce that was a bit spicy and messy but tasty! Unfortunately it came with baked potatoes instead of chips. It was nice and crispy on the outside but rather stingy in portion. Probably wont be back.
The service here was excellent, our server gave us nice friendly chat and seems like many locals frequent the Cafe. The food we both ordered was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the egg was quite overdone but everything else was presented beautifully and tasted incredible. I believe this was a one off and I don't feel like the food should be penalised for that, I would definitely visit here again and am personally excited to try the rest of the menu!
Had an amazing brunch here on a Sunday morning! The coffee was so good they also have a wide range of milks available. For food would highly recommend the liar liar hash, there won't be any hashbrowns but they have sautéed potatoes which waa equivalently yummy. If you are up for something spicy I would recommend the pants on fire it's like an egg shashuska but with a kick. Great for some family bonding time!

Revisiting ... Why would you served burnt Bacon? Hammock Benedict $19.50 boring brunch and badly cooked and presented ... Brazil pour over dense but okay ... Matcha latte not so ... What happened to this cool joint?
Really friendly service, nice coffee and large food servings. The flavour is very delicious Hollandaise was so good! Will definitely consider coming back sometime!
Food etc was nice, they just need to clean their tables properly as they were sticky and teach their wait staff not to pass food over your fellow diner's and walk around to serve!Food: 4/5
It was an OK dining experience. Met the benchmark. Probably because I'm used to nice plating at other cafés, so their plain way to dish things was a bit of a letdown. The portions were bigger than other places thou. I'd say my Big Fat Liar could have easily fed two people. It was big for sure. Liar liar was just ok, nothing special about it. Long black was good according to my man. My MATCHA LATTE with soy was PERFECTLY SPLENDID! The only thing I'd go back for again and again I think. It was a bit of a journey to try and find their restrooms. Hope my photos down in the bottom would help you location them. Another big letdown was that they didn't have tiramisu when we ordered it. Then why put it on top of the menus...Why...?
Went in for a coffee with a friend, and was served promptly. I had a nice hot mocha which was on point and strong, which definitely helped start the day. Loved the atmosphere inside the cafe. Would definitely come back for a brunch/lunch.
