I love the mushroom risotto!! The avocado smash was little cold and serve with one egg only, however the price was very reasonable. Milk coffee was good in all aspects. Filter coffee was not as great as my expectation. I will come back try more food and coffee.
Went there because the cafe I wanted to go was only doing takeaway. We had waited for a while for water, coffee and food, there were only 2 waitresses and they had to clean, make coffee, serve food and manage the tilt….. It was so busy and a bit crowded, my chair was constantly being bumped into by customers and staff…. It was very noisy and can’t really chat because there is not much space between yourself and the customers next to you. The coffee was okay, standard quality. The food was a bit disappointing, the Corn Fritters were lack of seasoning and quite powdery… The Salmon Benedict was not tasty, don’t order it unless they change the salmon supplier….
What a lovely day! I ordered flat white and smoked salmon. Food was flavourful and super fresh. Coffee was the best part cuz it's smooth and not too bitter at all!!! Highly recommend.
Lovely small cafe just off the main strip. Food was delish, I had the salmon Benedict and didn’t take a pic of my coffee as it came way late. The staff were friendly but a bit inexperienced. Great flavours so would come back again.
Great coffee. Neat place with friendly service. Mushroom risotto ans Salmon garden salad were delicious. Will come back again.
The coffee is pretty good, so is the food! Staffs are friendly too. Also, parking is pretty easy as there is a big parking lot nearby. It’s worth mentioning to say that you could visit the book store next door easily too, which is great! Worth trying and I think you would enjoy it :-
What a great experience we have, the services are superb, atmosphere of this place is very cosy especially it located next to a book store. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Coffee are made professionally and perfectly with great consistency. All the dishes we ordered from the menu are well designed, flavour and seasoning are spot on, hard to say which was my favourite as each if them has it's own personality. Overall we enjoyed our visit very much and will definitely coming back very soon. Easy parking is another bonus point!
Very friendly staff, quick to order and always smiling. The smashed avo was very good and only $4 to add bacon, of which there was a lot, was very good value! The rest of the group had the croissant and the breakfast board of which all were great! Would definitely come back to this Hawthorn establishment again!
Loved everything about this cute little spot Firstly, I was craving a great coffee... Not just a good coffee, actually not even a great coffee, I needed a super coffee. I needed a really super coffee and #supernovacoffee delivered the goods I also had a scrumptious bowl of oats and it was ed soooo beautifully what a super start to my day. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Also right next to a book shop
Bright little cafe at the back of the Readings bookstore. Coffee is on point! Food menu is fresh with some regular staples like the breakfast burger and smashed about but they also mixed it up a bit too, which is fun and the flavours work well. Clean and bright space with realtively quick service which doesn't leave much time for small talk. Worth a visit
