Liah did the almost impossible and made me feel beautiful, not like the casual 'tom boy' I have always been. Not only did I feel amazing in my dress, but it was unbelievably comfortable and easy to wear. The care and detail she put into my dress is amazing, she extremely talented. Right from the first phone call to Liah, I knew I wanted to work with her. I managed to get very lucky that she was half way through making the dress I that was everything I said I wanted, Liah was honest with me and ended up saving me money and I bought my dress as an "off the rack" price. I was extremely grateful for her honesty and character, I would recommend any and all brides to book in with Liah.
I cannot speak highly enough about Liah, she is such a gem! Liah created the wedding dress of my dreams from a sketch on a notepad and produced something even more amazing than I'd ever imagined. After going to her with the basic idea, she then pieced everything together into a stunning dress I could not have been more happy to wear on our special day! Her attention to detail, accuracy and understanding of my vision was second to none - she was just everything I needed in a dressmaker. For someone who is not only a dream to work with but creates memories not just wedding dresses, look no further than Liah. Thank you Liah.
Liah created the reception wedding dress of my dreams. As an out of town bride, Liah couldn't have been more accommodating. I flew up to New Plymouth and meet with Liah on three different occasions to create and finalise the details on my sexy, but classy little number. I left with a gorgeous little white dress that made me feel a million dollars on the night of my wedding. The dress itself, aside from being gorgeous, was super comfortable to wear, fit me in all of the right places and was flattering to my body shape. I went to Liah with a mood board of things I loved and paired with her signature lace work, she created something even more than I'd hoped for. Such an amazing experience working with Liah - even being out of town the whole process was so easy and stress free. From the few ideas I had Liah sketched up the perfect design. Soooo happy with the end result, wish I could wear the dress over and over again! Highly recommend!
Liah is absolutely amazing. From the day I started following her on Instagram I knew that she was the one that would need to make my dress. But where things really kicked off for me was when we first met. She is an incredible human that could take all of the clashing ideas in my head and putting it on to paper then translating it into the most incredible dress that suited my body and personality and made me feel like a real life princess. I travelled up from Wellington for each of the in person meetings bar one where Liah was already in Wellington and it worth every moment. It gave me time to relax and emjoy the process. Thank you Liah, for being an amazing person and making the most beautiful dress
I arrived at Liah's bridal studio and felt very relaxed and comfortable. I showed her a three images of what I envisioned for my dress and after a few fittings the dream started to come true. My dress fitted like a glove. Liah allowed my vision to come to life and the whole process with her was so simple and easy. I went with a full silk gown that had a fitted bodice and square neckline but still felt absolutely amazing to wear. I could not recommend Liah highly enough to create your dream custom made dress.
I can not recommend Liah enough. She is absolutely amazing. I came to Liah with a bit of an idea of what I wanted and she created something far beyond what I could have imagined. Liah was so relaxed and easy going, making it a stress free and totally enjoyable experience. The dress fitted me perfectly and I would not change it for anything. Liah's incredible attention to detail and care was admirable. She had no limits and worked tirelessly to get the dress perfect. I can not thank Liah enough for making me feel amazing.
Liah is absolutely incredible at what she does. Not only is she the kindest most patient and generous person, but her workmanship and attention to detail is unbeatable. Liah captured my vision and bought it to life even better than I could have imagined. I had a baby 4 months before my wedding and Liah was able to accommodate me by making my dress in only a month! Giving me the chance to recover post partum before stressing about fitting into a wedding dress. I loved my dress and I felt beautiful on the day. It fit like a glove. So many people complimented me. Having a custom gown is such a special thing. I would recommend Liah to anyone!
I was lucky enough to have Liah design my wedding dress for our wedding in March, I had very little idea of what I wanted or what would suit me and left a lot of the design to Liah. She did not disappoint! I loved every aspect of my dress, she was so patient and accomodating with me, had amazing ideas and is so talented with the work she does. I had so many people compliment my dress and veil and felt so comfortable wearing the dress throughout the day. I couldn't recommend Liah enough, she's a breeze to work with and completely takes the stress away from finding 'the' dress for your big day.
When I first meet with Liah I honestly didn't really know what I wanted. She helped me decided based on my body shape, type and my personality. She made me the most amazing wedding dress, a dress that made my wedding dress dreams come true. My dress fit me perfectly. Liah was so easy to work with. If I could get married every day I'd get Liah to make my dress every single time.
