I went into Ballentynes New Plymouth today 7/5/21 and was really happy I did. I got wonderful service from Pauline who I felt exceeded expectations. She gave me honest opinions in most cases I agreed in which look good on me and what we could improve on. She gave me lots of choices and nothing was too much trouble. I spent more money than I anticipated but I didn't mind as I walked out the shop feeling like a million dollars. Thank you Pauline for the wonderful shopping experience and I will be back again soon.

Just had a wonderful time shopping at Ballentynes in New Plymouth. I was looking for some nice tops and trousers for work. They had a huge selection of colours and styles. The staff were very friendly. The lady that helped me was wonderful. She helped me find just what I needed and went the extra mile. Thank you very much!!
