Here we go Again…. We tried to ring the Kedron Service centre on a Wednesday 2pm - phone rang out - rang again 20mins later - after 10 rings Lexus’s Valley answers the phone & offers to put me through to Kedron & before I could answer…… she did & again the phone rings out….. Lexus Kedron do not take phone calls. We went through this same situation in April 2022. I left 2 voice messages & rand no fewer then 6 times over a 4 day period of which none were not returned then - provided this feedback to the service manager then & 6 months later - same outcome - poor aftermarket service - consistently from Lexus KedronServices: Tires
David and his team went above and beyond looking after my Lexus. The level of service provided was exceptional - they were extremely helpful, trustworthy with a top quality service. They are fabulous value for money and I highly recommend them. They whole team were a pleasure to deal with.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
