Goods - basic goods in stock. Average pricing.  Service - friendly professional customer service provided, staff take time to answer questions and provide advice on shipping methods.  Location - x2 tills for customer service at back of Paper Plus store, can get busy, x1 table to use for writing, difficulty parking due to SH1 and payment with coins in parking machines.  Return? - Yes definitely

Driver failed to deliver my package has had it for about 4 days... Gave a call on the Friday and was told I would receive a call and then would receive the package on that day or following... Nothing. No call, no package.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Have had no updates on it for the last few days. So disappointing.

Post man just threw lots of peoples mail into our letter box and the system does not allow us to talk to them...do they think i am going to walk the street and deliver them...what a disgraceful thing to do...levin rural what a mess
