I work in the service industry and have never experienced  the level of bad customer service as I did today at the bakery. The cashier ignored me even after a customer indicated that I was next to be served. She did not even make eye contact nor apologise. I have been going to this bakery for over 20 years and very disappointed that someone like this now works there.

You have to wait long periods to be served. Then you find the ice cream machine had broken down but they still sold and charged for "Thick Shakes" that were (only slightly) flavoured milk.  Really poor form. 
A VERY bad experience. Be careful here.

I didn't even want to give this place one star. I was spoken to so rudely by the cashier that served me. She should be ashamed of herself and shouldn't be working with the public.

A wide range of quality breads and sweet treats. Only downside is they need more staff on weekends as the queue can be a bit long.
