just got connected recently for a 100/40 opticomm connection (chippendale, NSW). Easy to communicate, and fast internet most of the time. Im changing my review to 4 stars as ive been with them for months and have only noticed 2 sudden internet drops in the first month. internet is reliably fast.

Need Internet? Don't look past LeapTel. Might be a small ISP but they're big on service and reliability. We've tried a few different ISPs previously and nothing beats the quality of speed and customer service the team offer. Speeds actually what they say they are and a guarantee to back it. We've just relocated and the connection was seemless. Thanks again!

Just wanted to share my experience with Leaptel. I signed up with them (for a 25/5 Unlimited Fibre Plan) 3 days ago for our place at Bundoora VIC, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service offered. We were connected on the same day. We opted to use our own router and had some issues with trying to connect to the network. Not only did they not force us to buy the company router, they provided us with excellent and patient support to help us set up our router over the last 2 days (who takes 2 days to set up a router?!). As I've not actually *used* the service yet, I'm can't say much about the quality of the network, but I can say that I'm extremely impressed by the customer service offered so far :).

Very happy so far. Called up and it was connnected the very next day. Modem arrived the same day we were connected. We plugged it in and it was good to go. Very fast and very happy with the service so far. Easy and very responsive to emails.

good so far 3 months in, we are on 100/40 plan in Melbourne with opticomm connection. Aussie customer service is a massive plus, we have a lot of devices connected and I think the worst speed I've ever recorded was 46 down and 35 up, never got that low again though.
