Scott and the team in Bathurst have done a fantastic job upgrading our internet service, especially introducing firewalls and upgraded security. They are fast to respond and provide great service and advice.
The team at Business ICT have been nothing but professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They listened to our grievances with our current phone system and provided us with not only a more cost effective and better solution but sealed it with a smooth and hassle-free transition between systems. Their support has been outstanding as well, always quick to help resolve any issues that have popped up. Highly recommended!
Our Business updated to a new phone system. BusinessICT did not advise us they would have to disconnect our lines which they did without warning. Our business has been without a phone for a week. A couple of the Customer Service Staff have been helpful but the way the change over happened was extremely frustrating. Terrible technical support
Sam Bennet was great to deal with. He was attentive to our needs, assisted from start to finish with setting up our phone and business internet account. He did this all for us remotely and made it a smooth ride without any hiccups. Internet service has been quick and no issues. Thanks again Sam!
I have nothing but praise for Nick and his support team. I have always received the highest level of service. Nick is always prompt to answer any queries, and to assist with resolution of any issues I have had. He is proactive in keeping me abreast of information that may be relevant to me and my needs. It has been a pleasure dealing with Nick for several years for all my Business requirements. His Professional, thorough, pleasant and prompt service is greatly appreciated. I highly recommended him to all my friends and colleagues.
Have given one star only because the posting proforma demands it to continue would have given nothing if I could Have had nothing but poor to extremely poor service since the system was placed in our business. Having to pay for a system that was not activated for 3 months after delivery has left a very bad taste in our mouth. Being promised products and then not receiving bad show. Having usage problems being told that they will fix it and call us back and never hearing from them again. We must honour the contract but as soon as it is up we will be changing. Would not recommend Business ICT to anyone if asked.
