Very helpful and professional staff. Initially I was just looking for a router and did not expect much service, but instead Gordon helped reviewed my condition and provided me the best suit device and family plans. Am really impressed! Thanks mate. This is not the nearest shop for me but I will definitely pick this as my default shop to visit
A man wearing glass, shows absolutely no respect and extreme self arrogant towards customers. Staff working here have no knowledge in Telstra services, hearing completely conflicted information from 2 people. I feeling very mad after coming to this store.

Fantastic customer service. We had a unique situation for nbn and they went out of their way to assist.
Very good customer service! We arrived without an appointment as the telephone consultant didn't mention about the need to pre-book. The triage young lady told us that all the consultants in the shop were attending to pre-booked enquiries and the waiting time was very long. We explained that we had to leave for other commitments and could not wait that long. She was very accommodating by arranging for one of the consultants to see us quickly. The consultant Gordon Wu was very patient and resolved our issue with a smile. Well done and thank you!
Worst plan I’ve ever had. I asked them to cancel one of my plan. They told me they can’t cancel it. I’m not using that mobile number at all but the data keeps going on by itself. That’s ridiculous.I must select a star for rating, otherwise I’ll give them a zero.
I was shocked by the customer service at this store. The elder Chinese staff wearing glasses told me to get out and stand outside the store as they are controlling the traffic. By that time, I was the only customer and there were two free staffs on shop floor chatting… didn’t offer me a seat, we had our conversation at the gate and he was very impatient regard my enquiry. Maybe my visit today lower their daily store conversation rate or something I would never visit that store again. Hopefully someone from the retail or operation management team can provide them with more training regard customer service.
I am standing here right now with 4 staff on and no other customers in the shop being told to wait 15 minutes because the customer service person is on break. I'm here to get a replacement sim card.... 3 staff on and no other customers yet I still can't get served..... telstra really don't like their customers
What a great Telstra shop super busy but helped me with a new I phone great service and advice couldn’t be happier thanks guys
