STAY AWAY FROM THIS COLLEGE!!! VERY RUDE STAFFS!! NO PHONE MANNERS! I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A COURSE THE STAFF WAS RELUCTANT TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND SHE EMPHASIZED THAT ''WE ARE CLOSING NOW'' WHICH WAS AT 11AM ON 21/12/2017 (ON THURSDAY)! AND ASK ME TO HANG UP, BECAUSE ITS THEIR LAST DAY OF WORK!! WHEN I TOLD HER THAT IM GOING TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE SHE EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME! AND ANOTHER STAFF PICKED UP THE CALL CLAIMING SHE IS THE MANAGER OF THAT COLLEGE AND TRIED TO BACKUP THE RUDE STAFF, ALSO SHE WAS ASKING ME THAT "WHEN DID YOU COME TO AUSTRALIA BUDDY" WHEN I TOLD HER 4 YEARS AGO, SHE LAUGHE !! VERY VERY RUDE STAFFS! STAY AWAY!!!
