The receptionist (building B) at this institute are really iritating. They dont have manner and doesnt deserve to be a receptionist. Another thing is they telling me to pay my 2nd semester fee which i havent started and doesnt want to study there anymore although i have already done my withdrawn process. Its not like a tafe. I will never ever recomend this college to anyone.

so disappointing. i paid for the whole course in 2017 and now i've been told i need to pay again for units that weren't completed/started because they don't rollover into 2018 what a joke. Plus the skills we are taught don't even get us a job in the industry. i've wasted nearly a whole year at Chisholm i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I can't believe how hard it is to give Chisholm money to enter into a course. I have been trying for over a week to enrol my son with no call back or email. When I finally get through to someone, I am told the course started two days ago with no explanation as to why no one responded to my messages. Chisholm still however want my son to enrol.....late, putting him on the backfoot. In the past when I have gone to the Institute to enrol the wait time was over an hour. Wake up to yourself Chisholm. This is the 21st century. You have plenty of competition out there. People don't have the time or patience for your incompetencies.

Highly unprofessional. Really regret doing my Nursing course through Chisholm. Some fantastic teachers but overall, the incompetence of this institute is staggering. We've had several occasions where we have turned up to class and had no teacher booked. Never enough tables and chairs to meet the needs of the class. Placements really disorganised, we had 6 different teachers on our Rehab placement. Teacher to student ratios in the labs are ridiculous and do not promote safe nursing practice because there isn't enough time to spend one on one with a teacher. Quality of lecture notes very poor and ongoing issues with not being able to access course content due to software glitches. At one stage we couldn't access the content for a subject until one week before the exam. Also, the diploma of nursing is not an 18 month course; many people can't do their last placement until 19 or 20 months after starting the course, because Chisholm take on more students than they can accommodate due to the extra money it brings them. I would never, ever recommend this institute to anyone, EVER! It's such a shame for the wonderful teachers who put in so much hard work, they are so over stretched.

I give them minus 10 I studied cert. 2 electrotechnology and cert 4 eal( professional) They have bad management Bad custer service Very bad teachers They are only good in taking your money I recommend Holmsglen and RMIT No for Chisholm
