I'm a frequent visitor to Lawnton train station, the staff there are well mannered,nice and friendly to boot! It's always clean and kept clear of trouble makers. All in all , Lawnton station is a great place to board or disembark. 10 out of 10.
Station is always clean. Plenty of car parking space on both sides of the station and good frequency of trains even in the late hours. I never find it unsafe even in night time as there is plenty of street lights in and around station. It is bit dark when you walk on Todds road westbound though.. Station is altogether perfect.
I would like to say Thank So Much for everyone who work in the Lawnton railway station, they found my mobile phone and bring it back to me. Great Heart, Beautiful Friendly People. Wish you all the best
As a train station, it's good but not great. The only thing missing is TIPS display. Otherwise it's always clean, the ticket machines break down less often than elsewhere, and the station attendants are always happy and helpful.
I have searched for 20 minutes in an attempt to find out the access to and from the station for wheelchairs.... not a word about access; not a picture showing whether it may be lift or ramp; a hopeless result for my independence. There again should I be surprised!??
