When travelling on weekends or at late nights, almost half the time I arrive at the station, the line is closed, trackwork, buses replace trains or even delays. Queensland Rail doesn’t have the best reputation for service! However it is my closest station and I use it every weekday without too many problems. While it works for me, I understand the problems with this station itself. No lift for people with disabilities, little cover for bad weather. However, an upgrade is coming soon to this station and includes a lift and more undercover seating.

I'm 3km from the station but getting there via public transport is a 1hr 10min trip only to find its not wheelchair accessible. And you're stranded in the weather with no access to water until the next train to take you further than you wanted to go just to wait an hour to turn around and come back

No lift,only stairs.not enough coverage area for bad weather and both platform have disability access on to the platform and no restroom,5 minutes walk to Dakabin State High School and the cricket club
