Loved my visit to this small boutique lavender farm in the beautiful Blue Mountains. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and explain the different types of lavender they grow. It's their home so it feels very friendly and personal. I bought the lavender bath oil and sleep mist and they are both just wonderful.
Friendly hosts, takes time to explain the working mechanics of the lavender.
Absolutely stunning lavender farm. Louise and her team take such pride and joy in what they do and create here. They are warming and friendly and you immediately feel cozy when you visit, hospitality is always friendly. Best part is, the lavender smells devine! Thank you for always welcome us when we visit!
We had a really informative tour with delicious refreshments and got to sample some upcoming products. I’ve learnt a great deal about lavender including the different types, smells and uses. As a bonus we even had some cute kangaroo visitors during our tour! The owners are absolutely lovely people and their enthusiasm for lavender is wonderful. We definitely got more from the tour than expected and will be back in the future to see some mature lavender fields!
I run a tour business for blind and low vision travellers. When I spoke to the owner Louise about visiting Blue Lavender Farm with a group, Louise asked plenty of questions to get an understanding how to make the day exceptional. Louise adapted her tour to take advantage of my clients sense other than sight. Louise designed our visit around learning about the different notes of smell for each Lavender variety on the farm and how each variety can be used for different products. The travellers loved their day with Lavender Lou and are looking forward to another visit later in the year.
Wonderful place that's recently opened in Little Hartley. The owners Bruce and Louise are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They do small tours which are very personal and give you the open space to take nice photos. They also have a great range of lavender products for sale. Well worth a visit
Very very very terrible first experience we had there. My wife and I went there as google said it was open. A very rude lady went on a berserk mode told us to leave as we dont have tickets. SHE COULD EXPLAIN IT IN A NICE WAY BUT SHE DID NOT. My wife asked the lady nicely whether the shops are open would love to see the products, but she didn't answer and told us to leave straight away. Will never get back to this place ever again.
Unique experience for us. The couple enthusiasm to what they do is so inspirational.
Such a beautiful place with beautiful people
