Quite simply, Katherine is an amazing agent who cares about the property, the owner AND the tenant. I've lived in many properties, managed by many agents and none compare to our experience with Katherine. She helped make our move from interstate smooth and 100% problem free. Using exceptional communication and wrinkle free processes, she made sure we understood everything that was required and how it should be completed. The property was impeccable and the few small issues that arose during our short tenancy were fixed immediately, without any fuss. When we ended the lease and moved into our own home, once again Katherine made sure everyone, and everything was looked after. I have no hesitation in recommending Katherine.

Katherine is not only professional with her approach and management style, she was also extremely competent with managing our property.
