We had the most wonderful experience with our son’s birthday party here. They were terrific. Very well organised, professional and most importantly, fun. Highly recommend.
We had our son’s birthday party here today and it was the best party experience. The kids had so much fun with the arcade, bumper cars and of course the laser tag. Everything was organised for us and our party host Chelsea was amazing. In fact all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great and the bar and cafe were excellent. Having a parent’s retreat is a treat in itself, haha.nThere was plenty of parking and facility was clean and tidy.nA couple of extra party guests ended up coming and it was no problem for them to be fitted in which I appreciated and didn’t mind paying this small extra fee per extra kid. Everything was flexible and a no stress day all round.nKeep up the great work. We will be back next year and for many more parties in the future.
Still sitting here while my son and his mate are halfway through their 2 hour session, and I just wanna say every single time I’ve ever been here, be it birthday parties or an ordinary visit, the experience is top notch. The staff are so friendly, tight and organised and all seem happy to be here : It’s clean and cool, the food is YUM. Great work guys :D
Last time we came here, my 3 daughters and I didn’t get called for a laser game. We waited an hour and a half and didn’t get called, so I had to go and tell someone. This time, my youngest daughter played the ticket machine where the ball lands in a spot and you get that number of tickets. Her first press landed in 500. When I went to check the card later, it said I had zero tickets. I went and spoke to the boy at the counter, he kept walking away, drinking his water and looking at the computer. The lady finally told him to fix it. First he tried to give me 75 tickets. Then he said he would put 250 on there. I told him that my partner, her daughter, myself and one of my other daughters all saw it. We watched it as it took a good 3 minutes for the machine to count down from 500 tickets. The boy said ‘he can’t just take my word for it’, but acknowledged that the card wasn’t working. 5 people saw and watched the tickets slowly count down, and I do not appreciate being called a liar. Won’t be coming back, and do not recommend this place for anyone. Lots of stuff not working like last time, and rubbish and bit of trash old machines and random signs everywhere.nIf you want to be insulted or ripped off, this is the place for you
