If I could give this place no stars I would. Outdated, filthy venue. Totally not worth the $40 for 3 children. The kitchen is disgusting and should be shut down by the Health Department. Wait times for food is crazy. Shutting down rides when customers have paid good money for entry is rude. Employ more staff! Will never return here again.

Quite a good water park. Not too expensive however you still do expect to get what you paid for. It seemed there was not enough staff on the day we went, as for some reason they kept periodically closing some rides. I assume it was when staff had to have their breaks, But there should have been enough staff to cover this instead of closing the ride to inconvenience patrons. Also one of the water slides being a tube ride, the park had only one single tube available for the entire park to use. Only ONE..!! Which meant you had to wait for nearly an hour just to use the ride it. You would think the park could lash out and buy a few more tubes..!! Pretty ridiculous really...

Front desk staff are always happy and friendly. Pool area always clean. Always plenty of space in the pools when I've been there

Rip Off. If you haven't visited Newmarket Pools do your self a favour. Better facities as far as Waterpark goes and soooo much cheaper. Brisbane City Council should be ashamed of the cost to enter Chermside Water Park. $16.00 an Adult $14.00 a child aged 6-14 Children 2-6 $6.40. Newmarket Pool $7.50 an adult to use all facilities including the slide, children 6.50 for all facilities. Better options also at Newmarket for familys with toddlers. Boycott Chermside till it makes some family Friendly changes

The kids (9-13) rated this 4 stars. They loved the water slides. $14 each for nearly 4hrs of fun was pretty good value. What I think was very poor value was the $5.40 cost for me to be a non swimming supervisor. All I used was a shady space on the grass. As I took 4 children and they all had an expensive icecream I think the cost for non swimming adults is a bit rich.
