First impression are usually the most lasting and the last thing I thought I'd have to do is wait while the girls at the counter finished their personal conversation before they even noticed me. Then it was like I was a bother to them when all I wanted was a little more information about laser treatment... obviously their conversation was more important! If anyone reads this review do yourself a favour and go a few shops down to Eden Laser Clinic.. The girls at Eden answered all my questions and got my money!

Sadly I had to give one star to leave a review. DO NOT give this place your hard earned money. I saw on FB they had a special, so I decided to purchase over the phone, so I didn't miss out on what I thought was great deal. My first experience was horrible from the minute I walked in. I asked a question to one of the girls at the desk and instead of answering or even being polite she just handed me a form and told me to fill it out and she will get to my question later. Then I was taken into a room with a girl that seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I should not have gone through with the treatment because I didn't feel comfortable and now I've been left with brown marks all over my bikini. I will never return to this clinic and hopefully this stops others from making the same mistake.

If someone asked me 2 years ago which clinic to go to for all my cosmetic treatments, it would of been Laser Clinics Penrith. But sadly, not now. Due to the decline in staff attitudes and rushed treatments, its not surprising after reading some of the other reviews, it seems that I am not alone. Sadly, even after bringing this to their attention in store, I was simply brushed off by management. Loyal client of 5 years who will no longer recommend nor give patronage to this clinic.

I've been going to Penrith Laser Clinics for years - the staff are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I can always count on their expert advise; wouldn't go anywhere else!
