Maybe I just got the wrong person but I asked to return a product because it was different from what I expected from reading the description The description of the product says it is paintd with industrial scratch resistant paint but what it didn't say was that the drawers and top tray are plastic. So wanted to return it. She argued that the description was not misleading. So I said regardless what do I do to retun it. She was so rude and unhelpful. Basically said your problem to get it back to us, didn't offer an address or let me know anything about crediting my account . I just got off the phone and thought I'll ring back on another day when hopefully she has a day off. The website is clunky but the tech support try hard and will sort problems quickly.
